Scope of services
We provide training advice and professional CV preparation. We are not a training institution and do not award certificates. We do not provide recruitment, job placement or visa services, and we cannot guarantee employment, admission or visa outcomes.
Written quotation first
Before any work begins, we agree the scope with you and provide a written quotation setting out the services and fees. Fees are charged for these services. Training course fees, where relevant, are separate and payable to the training provider.
Accuracy of your CV
We present the information you provide. You are responsible for checking that every fact in your final CV — including qualifications, dates and roles — is true and accurate before you use it.
Delivery and revisions
Turnaround times and the number of revisions are agreed individually and recorded in your quotation.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms for your specific engagement are disclosed to you in writing before any payment is made.
Payment
No payment is taken on this website. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to anything.
